WEEKLY MEAL PACK (MEAT)

Take weeknight cooking off your plate. Chef-prepared, Asian-inspired meals (400g each) made from fresh, whole ingredients — just heat and eat. Delivered fresh, freeze for later, new menu every week.

CHOOSE YOUR PACK
Each week we post 5 meals, numbered 1–5. Pick your size:

• 5 meals — meals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
• 7 meals — the 5-pack plus an extra serve of 1 and 2
• 10 meals — two of each (1–5)
• 14 meals — two of each (1–5) plus an extra serve of 1, 2, 3, 4

Each meal is a single 400g serving.

• Standing dietary notes — allergies, or anything you never want in your box (no pork, no seafood, mild only). Tell us once and we keep it on file for every delivery.
• Swap a meal — don't want one of this week's dishes? Tell us what to swap it for. Subscribers can change their swaps any week by replying to our menu email before the cut-off.

We'll do our best to accommodate every swap. If a dish isn't possible that week we'll contact you before we cook.

• Pick up at our Cheltenham kitchen: Tuesday 4–6pm or Wednesday 9–11am
