Because our meal boxes contain perishable food items, they cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Orders cannot be rescheduled after Sunday 10pm before the delivery date. If you otherwise want to reschedule before then, please email us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received a faulty order in any way, please contact us via “OUR EMAIL” with your order number and images of the fault. If the meals are damaged and cannot be consumed, we will either offer to send new meals or offer a partial or full refund of your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
