Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy every meal from PleNOSH Kitchen. This policy explains how we handle refunds, quality issues, and returns.
Our quality promise
We make every meal in small batches with fresh ingredients. If your order doesn't meet our quality standard, we'll make it right.
Reporting an issue with your order
If your meal arrives damaged, spoiled, late, or below the quality you'd expect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@plenoshkitchen.com.au or 0430 132 227.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Which meal(s) the issue relates to
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo if it's a visible issue (damage, packaging, presentation)
We'll respond within 1 business day with a resolution — usually one of:
- A replacement meal in your next delivery
- A credit toward a future order
- A refund of the affected item(s)
Food safety
If you have any concerns about food safety, please don't eat the meal and contact us immediately. We take food safety seriously and will investigate any reports.
Change of mind
Because our meals are prepared fresh and perishable, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been packed for delivery. If you need to cancel an upcoming subscription delivery, please do so before the Sunday 10pm cutoff through your customer account.
Cancelled or missed deliveries
If we're unable to deliver your order due to a problem on our end (e.g. delivery failure, kitchen issue), we'll either reschedule for the next available delivery day or refund that order in full.
If a delivery fails because of an issue at your address (no one available to receive, incorrect address, etc.), please contact us and we'll work out the best solution. In some cases a redelivery fee may apply.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We'll send you an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
