Subscription Policy

This policy explains how PleNOSH Kitchen subscriptions work, your rights as a subscriber, and how to make changes or cancel at any time.

What you're subscribing to

When you choose "Subscribe weekly & save 10%" on any Meal Pack or Mains to Share Pack, you sign up for a recurring weekly delivery of that product. Your subscription continues automatically until you pause or cancel it.

Pricing and discount

Subscribers receive 10% off the standard product price on every order, applied automatically at checkout. Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address and are shown at checkout — these are not included in the 10% discount.

We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email before any price change applies, so you can decide whether to continue, pause or cancel.

Billing and payment

Your card is automatically charged each Sunday for that week's Wednesday delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

If your payment fails, we'll email you so you can update your payment method. If we can't process payment within 48 hours of the order cutoff, that week's delivery is skipped at no charge.

Order cutoff

The cutoff for any changes — pausing, skipping, swapping products, changing your pack — is Sunday 10pm for that Wednesday's delivery. Changes after 10pm Sunday apply to the following week.

Pausing or skipping a week

You can pause your subscription or skip any week at any time, free of charge, through your customer account portal. Log in, choose "Manage subscription," and click "Skip next delivery" or "Pause subscription." There's no time limit on pausing — restart whenever you're ready.

Changing your subscription

You can change pack size, swap between Meat and Vegetarian, or update your delivery address at any time before the Sunday 10pm cutoff. Log in to your account and make changes through the customer portal.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, with no penalty or notice period required.

To cancel via your account:

  1. Log in at plenoshkitchen.com.au
  2. Click "Manage subscription"
  3. Click "Cancel subscription"

Cancellation is effective immediately for any deliveries not yet charged. If you cancel after Sunday 10pm, that week's order is still delivered and charged as normal, and cancellation applies from the following week.
